ADJUSTMENT AND CHECK OF THE
UNLOCKING POSITION (refer to figure

1.Having the aileron line control cables correctly
stretched and the gust lock levers (1) positioned to
OFF position.
2.On the aileron gust lock line, ensure the spring rod (3)
is connect to the bellcrank (2) so that the connecting
bolts can be inserted freely.
3.Check that the locking devices position of the aileron
line are as follows:
-On the bellcranck (2) the distance between the
axis of connecting bolt of the control cable (4) and
the rotation pin of the bellcrank is 1.023 ± 0.78 in
(26 ± 2 mm) towards the wing tip.
-The spring rod lenght is 9.448 in (240mm).
