HYDRAULIC SYSTEM 2 RE-OILING (Cont'd)
NOTE
To perform this check the aircraft shall be
lifted on the jacks.
1.Select the Landing Gear lever to UP and to DOWN to
allow the Landing Gear (LG) to retract and extend.
2.Repeat the LG actuation 5 times until the LG circuit is
scavenged.
3.Stop the re-oiling of the LG circuit.
-ATTITUDE VARIATION CIRCUIT
NOTE
To perform this check the aircraft shall be
lifted on the jacks.
1.Disconnect the flexible hydraulic pipes from Left and
Right MLG Fwd shock absorbers to discharge the oil
contained in the line pipes in a separate container.
2.In order to allow the attitude variation system
operation with the aircraft on jacks, simulate the
aircraft GND condition on Left and Right MLG shock
absorbers.
3.On the Load Master Control Panel select the JACK
PRESS POWER switch to ON.
4.Adjust the hydraulic Test stand pressure to 100 psi.
5.Select the switch MAIN LANDING to UP to allow
hydraulic fluid discharge to the separate container.
6.When about 2 oil litres are expelled, select the switch
MAIN LANDING to DN.
7.Re-connect the flexible hydraulic pipes to Left and
Right MLG Fwd shock absorbers.
8.Adjust the Hydraulic Test Stand pressure to 0 psi.
9.Disconnect the flexible hydraulic pipe from NLG shock
absorber to discharge the oil contained in the line
pipes in a separate container.
10.Adjust the hydraulic Test stand pressure to 100 psi.
