HYDRAULIC SYSTEM 2 RE-OILING (Cont'd)
2.Piace the free end of the transparent pipe into a
suitable container placed on ground.
3.Supply slowly new oil through the filling valve of the
Metering valve for the copilot RH line.
4.Repeat the step 3. for the pilot RH line, copilot LH line
and pilot LH line.
5.Disconnect the brake reservoir adapter and close with
its cap.
-ENGINE DRIVEN PUMP 2 CIRCUIT
1.Disconnect the pressure hose of the engine driven
pump 2.
2.Discharge the oil contained in the pipes in a separate
container.
3.Reconnect the pressure hose previously
disconnected.
-ACMP 2 CIRCUIT
1.Disconnect the pressure hose of the ACMP 2 at the
quick disconnection.
2.Discharge the oil contained in the pipes in a separate
container.
3.Reconnect the pressure hose previously
disconnected.
4.Disconnect the Hydraulic Test stand from the ground
test point system 2 and connect it to the system 1.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM 1 RE-OILING
-RUDDER CIRCUIT
1.Press alternatively the left and the right pedals to
allow the rudder to travel fully left and fully right.
2.Repeat the pedals actuation 7 times until the rudder
circuit is scavenged (7 rudder actuation cycles
correspond to 5 oil litres discharged from the rudder
circuit).
3.Stop the re-oiling of the rudder circuit.
